Return & Refund Policy

At Verstile.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and unopened.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The item is damaged during delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. If requested, share clear photos of the product.

  4. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed according to the agreed method. If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refunds will be arranged through a mutually agreed payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
